Shipping Information

Shipping service providers:

Shipments within Germany are usually shipped with DHL. Shipments abroad are usually sent via Fedex or DHL. You can select your preferred shipping service provider during the ordering process.

Indication of the telephone number when placing your order:

We recommend that you include your telephone number in the address data when placing your order. Your telephone number helps us to reach you directly and quickly in case of questions, so that we can get your order on its way as quickly as possible. For shipments abroad, your telephone number is mandatory for shipping.

Tansfer of the e-mail address and the telephone number to the shipping provider:

Domestic:
If you have given your explicit consent during or after your order, we will pass on your e-mail address to our shipping provider "DHL" in order to ensure a smooth and efficient parcel delivery. If you have given your consent, you will receive a parcel notification from DHL with the planned delivery date of your parcel in addition to our shipment notification. The parcel notification gives you the option of changing the delivery date or location flexibly, even if your parcel is already on its way.

Abroad:
For deliveries abroad, we always pass on your e-mail address and telephone number to the selected shipping service provider. This has the advantage that the shipping service provider can contact you quickly if they have any queries about the delivery address. This ensures that your package can be delivered to you and is not returned to us by the shipping provider due to an unknown address.

Delivery time:

The delivery time for shipments within Germany and for shipments abroad is usually approx. 3 - 5 working days after receipt of your order. The delivery time refers to the shipping date of the goods. You can also find the current estimated delivery time on the respective product detail page of the item below the price. The delivery time may vary depending on the shipping service provider and country. For your information, you will find a delivery time orientation in working days below.

Delivery to a "DHL Packstation":

Orders with a delivery address within Germany can be delivered to a "DHL Packstation". The maximum parcel dimensions for shipping to a "Packstation" are 60 cm x 35 cm x 35 cm. This means that all pocket umbrellas can be delivered to a "DHL Packstation". When ordering, please select the "DHL Packstation" service in the alternative delivery address and enter the number of the "DHL Packstation" to which the parcel is to be delivered in the "DHL Packstation number" field. In addition, please always enter your personal DHL customer number (Postnummer)" in the "Postnummer" field. In the "Postal code" and "City" fields, enter the postcode and the city, where the "DHL Packstation" is located.

Delivery to a DHL post office / DHL parcel shop:

Orders with a delivery address within Germany can be delivered to a DHL post office or a DHL parcel shop. Please select the "DHL Post office" or "DHL parcel shop" service in the alternative delivery address when placing your order. Enter the number of the DHL post office or DHL parcel shop to which the parcel is to be delivered in the "Post office number" or "Parcel shop number" field. In addition, please always enter your personal DHL customer number (Postnummer) in the "Postnummer" field. In the "Postal code" and "City" field, enter the postcode and the city where the DHL post office or DHL parcel shop is located.

Shipment notification:

As soon as we have handed over the package to our shipping partner, you will receive an e-mail from us with the subject "Your order has been handed over to our shipping partner". In this e-mail you will find your tracking number. When you click on the tracking number, you can track the delivery status of your shipment. If you create a customer account, you also have the option to check the current shipping status of your shipment through your customer account.

Self collection:

Once the package is ready for collection, you will receive a message from us. The pick-up times are Monday to Friday from 08:00 - 12:00. If you would like to pick up the package at a different time, please inform us in advance by telephone. The pick-up address is as follows:

Deliveries to NON-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland):

Deliveries to non-EU countries are made "before customs duty and before tax". Shipping to a non-EU country therefore involves additional taxes and costs, which are payable directly to the relevant customs and tax authorities in your country. The costs may depend on the country of delivery, the item concerned, the weight and the quantity ordered. In the example of Switzerland, you will get an overview of the possible costs below. You can always ask the relevant competent authorities on-site for current and actual costs.
