Shipping Information




Shipping service providers:
Shipments within Germany are usually shipped with DHL. Shipments abroad are usually sent via Fedex.


Indication of the telephone number when placing your order:
We recommend that you include your telephone number in the address data when placing your order. Your telephone number helps us to reach you directly and quickly in case of questions, so that we can get your order on its way as quickly as possible. For shipments abroad, your telephone number is mandatory for shipping. We pass on your e-mail address and telephone number to our shipping service provider Fedex so that they can notify your shipment by telephone, if necessary. 


Delivery time:
The delivery time for shipments within Germany and for shipments abroad is usually 3 - 5 working days after receipt of your order. The delivery time refers to the shipping date of the goods. The current estimated delivery time can also  be found on the respective product details page of the item below the price.

In addition, you can also see the respective shipping costs for your country during check-out on the "Complete" order" or "Complete" order as guest" page in the "Summary" section. The costs for packaging are already included in the shipping costs.


Delivery to a packing station:
Delivery to a packing station is only possible within Germany. The maximum package dimensions for shipping to a packing station are 60 cm x 35 cm x 35 cm. When ordering, please always enter your personal DHL customer number (post number) in the "DHL Customer Number (Post Number)" field in the different delivery address. In addition, please select "Packing Station" in the "Packing Station/Post Office" field and enter the number of the packing station to which the package is to be delivered in the "Number" field. Alternatively, you have the option to search for a packing station near your place of residence by clicking on the button "Search Packing Station/Post Office" and use it as delivery addresss.


Delivery to a post office:
Delivery to a post office is only possible within Germany. When ordering, please always enter your personal DHL customer number (post number) in the "DHL Customer Number (Post Number)" field in the different delivery address. In addition, please select "Post Office" in the "Packstation/Post Office" field and enter the number of the post office to which the package should be delivered in the "Number" field.


Shipment notification:
As soon as we have handed over the package to our shipping partner, you will receive an e-mail from us with the subject "Your EuroSCHIRM® order has been handed over to our shipping partner". In this e-mail you will find your tracking number. When you click on the tracking number, you can track the delivery status of your shipment. If you create a customer account, you also have the option to check the current shipping status of your shipment through your customer account.


Self collection:
Once the package is ready for collection, you will receive a message from us. The pick-up times are Monday to Friday from 08:00 - 12:00. If you would like to pick up the package at a different time, please inform us in advance by telephone. The pick-up address is as follows:

Deliveries to NON-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland):
Deliveries to non-EU countries are made "before customs duty and before tax". Shipping to a non-EU country therefore involves additional taxes and costs, which are payable directly to the relevant customs and tax authorities in your country. The costs may depend on the country of delivery, the item concerned, the weight and the quantity ordered. In the example of Switzerland, you will get an overview of the possible costs below. You can always ask the relevant competent authorities on-site for current and actual costs.
