Payment methods:

We offer the following payment methods in our shop:

Invoice (only for deliveries within Germany)
Paypal
Credit card
Advance payment

During the check-out on the "Complete order" or "Complete order as a guest" page, you can select your preferred payment method for your order. Simply click on your preferred payment method. When creating a customer account, you also have the option of setting your preferred payment method in your customer account.

Invoice:

For deliveries and billing within Germany and up to a shopping cart value of max. EUR 200.00 net, we offer you the payment method "invoice". If the shopping cart value exceeds the amount of EUR 200,00 net, the payment method "Invoice" will no longer be displayed in the check-out on the page "Complete order" or Complete order as a guest".

The invoice amount is due immediately after receipt of the goods. You will find our account details in the order confirmation, below or on the invoice. Please always quote the invoice number and/or order number when paying.

Paypal:

With the online payment service provider "PayPal" you can pay online easily and safely. After clicking on "submit order" you will be redirected to the website of "PayPal". Payment is made there by entering your e-mail address or your mobile phone number and a password. If an ordered item should be returned by you, the goods value will be credited to your PayPal account.

Credit card:

We accept the following credit cards in our shop:

With the payment method "credit card" you will be shown an entry form after clicking on "submit order". Enter your credit card number and expiration date. The three- or four-digit (CVV) validation code that is also required is on the back of your card. With the 3D-Secure method, your data is secured to the highest security standard. If an ordered item is returned, the value of the goods will be credited to your credit card account.

Prepayment:

If you chose the payment method "prepayment", we will ship the goods after receipt of payment. The bank details for the transfer of the amount can be found in the order confirmation or below. When paying, please always state the order number.

Order by phone:

If you order by telephone, you have the option to pay for an invoice (up to a maximum of EUR 200.00 net) or by PayPal. If you pay by PayPal, we need your e-mail address, or mobile number with which you are registered with PayPal so that we can request the invoice amount from your PayPal account. In the case of delivery of the goods, the delivery note and the invoice shall accompany the package.

Self collection:

When the goods are collected, the delivery note and the invoice are included in the package. The invoice amount can be paid directly in cash or transferred to our bank account.
