Payment methods:

We offer the following payment methods in our shop:

During the check-out on the "Complete order" or "Complete order as a guest" page, you can select your preferred payment method for your order. Simply click on your preferred payment method.

Invoice:

For deliveries and billing within Germany and up to a shopping cart value of max. EUR 130,00 net, we offer you the payment method "invoice". If the shopping cart value exceeds the amount of EUR 130,00 net, the payment method "invoice" will no longer be displayed in the check-out on the page "Complete order" or Complete order as a guest".

The invoice amount is due immediately after receipt of the goods. You will find our account details in the order confirmation, below or on the invoice. Please always quote the invoice number and/or order number when paying.

Paypal:

In order to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (PayPal), you must be registered with PayPal. After clicking on "submit order" you will be redirected to the website of PayPal. Payment is made there by entering your e-mail address or your mobile phone number and a password. If an ordered item should be returned by you, the goods value will be credited to your PayPal account.

PayPal may offer registered PayPal customers further payment modalities in the customer account selected according to its own criteria. However, we have no influence on the offering of these modalities; further individually offered payment modalities affect your legal relationship with PayPal. You can find more information on this in your PayPal account. If an ordered product is returned by you, the value of the goods will be credited back to your PayPal account.

Wero / iDeal:

You can pay in real time directly via Wero or your bank account. Wero is linked to your regular bank account. No long IBAN or numbers need to be entered: all you need is your smartphone or tablet. After clicking on "submit order", you will be shown a QR-code. Wero was developed in Europe and meets the high European standards for security and data protection.

Credit card:

We accept the following credit cards in our shop:

With the payment method "credit card" you will be shown an entry form after clicking on "submit order". Enter your credit card number and expiration date. The three- or four-digit (CVV) validation code that is also required is on the back of your card. With the 3D-Secure method, your data is secured to the highest security standard. If an ordered item is returned, the value of the goods will be credited to your credit card account.

Bank transfer:

If you chose "bank transfer" as your payment method, we kindly ask you to transfer the amount from your bank account in advance. We will ship the goods after receipt of payment. The bank details for the transfer of the amount can be found in the order confirmation or below. When paying, please always state the order number.

Order by phone:

If you order by telephone, you have the option to pay against invoice (up to a maximum of EUR 130,00 net), by PayPal or Wero. If you pay by PayPal, we need your e-mail address, or mobile number with which you are registered with PayPal so that we can request the invoice amount from your PayPal account. In the case of delivery of the goods, the delivery note and the invoice shall accompany the package.

Pickup:

When the goods are picked up, the delivery note and the invoice are included in the package. The invoice amount can be paid directly in cash or transferred to our bank account.
